Completed design and construction supervision for roof replacement at 38
buildings, 19 with 100% parapet replacement along with façade restoration
projects at 65 buildings. In 2015 alone, RGL completed design and construction supervision for emergency roof and façade repairs at 23 buildings.
Investigated leaks at 148 buildings, a total of over 500 apartments. FISP
(LL 11/98) inspections and reports at 117 buildings (Parkchester South). Implemented a monthly leak investigation program for new and/or reoccurring
leaks using non-destructive testing methods such as infrared testing. Implemented a 20-year roof replacement program for 106 buildings and 5-year
Local Law 11/98 repair work program for 89 buildings requiring work.
