Declared a Designated Structure within the Ladies Mile Historic District in
2004 by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of New York City; the
property requires a strict maintenance program above and beyond the safety
requirement's of NYC FISP (LL 11/98). RGL completed a full building envelope investigation and designed construction/bid documents. Scope included
historic preservation and repairs of the existing cast iron and masonry façade elements along with full cleaning and recoating of the entire façade and
wood window frames. We’ve recently completed the 9th Cycle FISP investigations via the use of our rope-access team, saving our client thousands on
potential scaffolding cost.
