Street Facade Repairs

Completed design and repair documents for repairs of existing metal cornice
and brownstone façade. Isolated repairs of existing brownstone façade were
conducted and entire façade was coated with a masonry stain to create a
uniform look between the various repairs made to the building throughout its
lifespan. Cornice was scraped free of loose paint, miscellaneous sheet metal
repairs were conducted. The cornice was then primed and painted with a rust
inhibitive coating.
