Roof Replacement, Façade Restoration, FISP Investigations

Completed investigation and design, and prepared construction/bid documents for full roof replacement, including new railing system and façade repairs, due to active leaks and FISP (LL 11/98) conditions. Design includes
full balcony restoration and railing replacement due to failure of recent balcony repair/restoration project, designed and supervised by prior consultant.
Conducted visual and hands on investigation at 27 apartments, along with
all balconies, roofs and facades via the use of both destructive (probes) and
non-destructive methods (infrared investigations and moisture meter readings).
