Façade Restoration & Roof Design

Assisted the project architect and structural engineer with the design and
restorations services related to the conversion of two empty warehouses and
an 80,000 sq. ft. lot into a concert venue. Our services included a full hands
on investigation of the interior and exterior façade walls along with an infrared roof investigation. Designed repairs for the failed façade components and
provided waterproofing details for the architect and structural engineer related to new roof and façade openings. Designed roof repair details for one of
the warehouses and full roof overlay design for the second.
